When I was a consultant working in corporate environments I worked for PEC Consulting as my agency and at some point ended up doing their website! Again, this was one of my early efforts and does not make use of a CMS - it is hand-built in PHP, HTML and CSS. The site was information-driven, with one requirement being that it should capture a portion of web traffic for certain topics (such as ETL Consulting in Ireland).
